About Us

Lucie Tushingham started work in conservation and planning in 1999. She is a qualified Historic Buildings Advisor, with full membership of The Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC) and a Chartered Planner, with The Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and holds a Royal Horticultural Society Level 2. 

She is a member of the North East Hampshire Design Review Panel and was a Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Judge for the South East Regional Awards 2017. She has worked both in the private and public sectors, as a conservation officer for Local Authorities in Hampshire and Surrey, and as the Director of One Stop Conservation, working with other specialised private consultants.

Our Approach

One Stop Conservation’s aim is to provide a joined up service to clients, agents and owners of historic buildings. We work with a number of specialist consultants, should you require them, whose services include; historical and archaeological building analysis, surveys and development of work specifications, architectural drawings and damp assessments, as well as other conservation consultants to complete larger project work.
